Unfortunately, if you arrive late you will play less. We kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed time so you can fully enjoy the experience. Another session may follow yours, so punctuality really matters.

Each group gets a personalised experience. First we choose the game together — we present all the available options and you decide based on your preferences (action, zombies, shooters etc.). In one hour you can play up to 2 games if you want to make the most of it. This way you get a complete experience without feeling rushed.

Yes, of course! You can take a break whenever you need to. Usually, if you play two games in an hour, there's a natural short break of a few minutes after the first game — so you can rest and get ready for the next challenge.

A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people can play at the same time. Important: not all games support 8 players simultaneously, so check the capacity of your chosen game when booking for the best experience.

No! Even if only 2 people come, you have exclusivity. We fully respect our guests and don't take other bookings at the same time. You will have the entire arena just for yourselves.

Most games are in English, but we also have some available in Russian or Spanish. We provide support at the start so you can manage easily regardless of language — you don't need to know English to have fun.

At Another World VR Arena, anyone over 7 years old can experience the adventure. For birthday parties, the minimum age is 10 years. Children aged 7–12 play in the presence of an adult.

Yes, you can play without any problem even if you wear prescription glasses. VR headsets are designed to be comfortable for glasses wearers too. We also have special inserts — let us know when booking.

To keep our arena clean and hygienic, street footwear is generally not allowed. If you prefer to keep your shoes on, please make sure they are clean and accepted by our staff.

If you feel unwell or dizzy, you can take off the VR headset and take a break at any time until you feel better. No problem at all — we are always nearby to assist you. Fortunately, such situations are very rare.

We don't have dedicated parking spaces, but when you make a booking we'll send you directions on WhatsApp about the available free parking spots in the area — usually easy to find close to the venue.
